This article describes what clients are and how this section works.
Think of Clients like your business address book. Whenever you visit one of these clients our system will automatically assign this trip to that client to make your reporting as seamless as possible. Some points to note on Clients are:
- If you stop at a clients postcode, then we detect you are visiting that client and therefore will assign your outbound and return journey to that client.
- If you stop at multiple clients before returning home, then you will need to check your trips before creating a report since we won't know which clients you charge for which segments of your journey.
IMPORTANT: If you have more than one client with the same postcode then we might not be able to assign the correct client to your trip. For these trips you would need to check if the correct client has been assigned and change it manually if it has not.
